Days Of Our Lives Rumor: Was Tony Resurrected By Dr. Rolf’s Serum?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) would almost have to have been resurrected by the use of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) resurrection serum in order to be alive and well as viewers saw him on a recent episode. Even if it turns out to be Andre DiMera impersonating him again, either one would have had to been resurrected by the serum because both were definitely dead.

On the March 18 episode, DOOL viewers saw Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) flatline at Salem University Hospital, much to the devastation and fear of her husband, John Black (Drake Hogestyn). Marlena had an out-of-body experience where she was between death and life, in what Catholicism would call purgatory; a place in between Heaven and Hell.

While she was there, she saw various friends and foes who had been dead for years, among them Princess Gina Von Amberg (Kristian Alfonso), and both Tony and Andre DiMera. Andre was impersonating Tony. But the real Tony emerged and exposed him. He then pointed Marlena to the real door back to earth and life.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Tony DiMera Died In March Of 2009

If DOOL viewers are to believe Marlena was really there, then Andre and Tony would have been there too – and dead. Viewers also know the out-of-body experience that happened to Marlena’s grandson, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) several months later was real. His great-grandma Caroline Brady (Peggy McKay) sent him home from heaven. It wasn’t his time, and everyone else found out Caroline had passed away afterwards.

Count Tony DiMera died in March of 2009. He fell onto a sharp piece of wood that acted as a spear. This was during a fight with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavosier). Prior to that, he had been held prisoner on an island by his father Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) and his “twin” Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) for over 20 years.

During those years, Andre impersonated him in Salem and gave him a very bad reputation. He was officially the first DiMera to appear in Salem. He was also the original owner and founder of the advertising branch of DiMera Enterprises in town.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Initials AD Appeared In One Of The Rooms

It was taken over by Andre and then Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). The initials “AD” appeared on one of the rooms in Rolf’s “resurrection warehouse” although it could stand for either Andre DiMera or Antony DiMera, Tony’s full name.

So chances are whichever DiMera he is, Andre or Tony, he has been revived with the use of Rolf’s resurrection serum, that Will Horton had also been revived with in the past. This makes sense, because Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) were working together in the warehouse. Also, Kristen has keys to Tony’s apartment.
