Days of Our Lives Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) was having nightmares before the time jump. Now Ben is in prison for his sister’s murder and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) is his cellmate. If fans continue to be upset with the storylines, could Days writers turn it around by making this past year a dream? Could the writer turn back time and make everything normal again after implementing this time jump? Dream sequences aren’t new to soap operas. One nighttime soap did a whole season as a dream. Could Days writers pull that off?

DOOL Spoilers – Huge Gaps Make The Stories Hard To Follow

The Days of Our Lives Time jump has made the story almost impossible to follow. The lack of explanation of some of these stories makes this confusing and hard to follow. Adrienne Kiriakis (Judy Evans) is dead at the hands of Will but we have no idea how this event occurred. Was Will driving drunk and hit Adrienne? Did will knock Adrienne down a flight of stairs? Did Will shoot Adrienne?

Why and how could Will have killed his mother in law? Adrienne loved Will and he would never intentionally hurt her. What could have happened to cause her death? How was Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Hartley) murder set up and how was Ben framed for it? Ben was the necktie killer but he never used any else to kill someone. Why would Ben kill his sister and not kill in self-defense over Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal)? How did Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) end up at the convent?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Other Interesting Points

The bits and pieces of information we are getting in flashbacks still don’t fully explain what went on. Soap fans like their explanation and it is much easier to watch a story as it happens than to try and fill in the blanks later. The tidbits of stories we are getting do not paint a very good picture and leave fans confused instead of following the story. Is there a better way to give fans the information they need? Could there have been a better way to do this time jump? Should the whole idea be scrapped and explains as one big nightmare? Should writers take a picture out of Dallas’ book of tricks and change it all again?

These are just a few of the stories that need to be explained. Fan confusion has them rather disgruntled about this time jump and wants it changed. Can Days writers explain things or should it all just be a dream?
