The first chapter of the DOOL web series showed that Chad and Abigail were struggling in their marriage. Making it even more complicated was the arrival of Austin Reed (Austin Peck) and a flirtatious co-worker, Juliette (Rachele Schank). Right from the start, it was clear that Juliette was determined to break up “Chabby.”

However, at the end of the first chapter, Chad and Abigail both beat temptation and ended up back in each other’s arms. However, there was also a cliffhanger — another surprise visitor. This time, the looks on their faces suggested that this person was supposed to be dead, we just don’t know who it is yet.

Chad & Abby in Paris is meant to be a bridge between Paris and Salem. Billy Flynn has signed a new contract, and Kate Mansi will appear on a recurring status. Until they return to Salem, though, what is happening with Chad and Abigail? That is what this whole digital companion series is about.

Chapter 2 will come back on Thursday, September 19 and will consist of eight episodes. It is available on the official DOOL app, but don’t fret if you don’t have it. There are other ways to watch, including on NBC’s official website.

The episodes will remain short, about 5-10 minutes long. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t meaty content. In fact, that is one of the things fans are raving about, how they take a big storyline and condense it, making it quick and to-the-point.
