Even though Daniel and Bethany both regretted what they had done, it doesn’t change the fact that a husband betrayed his dying wife. Expect both of them to carry the guilt with them after Sinead’s passing.

Corrie Spoilers – Sinead Osbourne’s Death

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that there was a lot of drama leading up to Sinead’s death. However, the cancer-stricken character found out about the kiss with Bethany. She also was aware that the young woman had developed feelings for Daniel. Even so, Sinead forgave her husband and encouraged him to find the strength to move on. She also made him promise to look after their baby boy, Bertie.

Expect Daniel to struggle with Sinead’s death. He is having difficulty coping with his wife’s passing, but that’s not his only issue. Daniel still feels tremendous guilt about betraying her with Bethany.

In the weeks ahead, fans will see Daniel do a lot of moaning and complaining. Be prepared for some wild mood swings from the character. He will also have some self-destructive behavior as he continues his downward spiral. Despite all the other characters having to deal with it, Daniel will hide this from Bertie. He is keeping his promise to look after his son the best way he knows how.
