Coronation Street Spoilers: Rana Dies At The Hands Of An Unexpected Guests Before Her Wedding To Kate?

In Coronation Street, Rana Habeeb (Bhavna Limbachia) and Kate Connor (Faye Brookes) may never tie the knot and have the happy ever after that they dreamed of. Spoilers revealed that Kate’s old friend who recently arrived in Weatherfield may be to blame for all these.

Kate and Rana are a few weeks away from saying their I Do’s but they may not get to do so as she could be killed by Lolly (Katherine Pearce) in a shocking twist. The couple has been very busy making last minute preparations for their wedding. Katie’s old school friend Lolly arrives in Weatherfield and offers the lovebirds unsolicited help. However, it was revealed that Rana wasn’t pleased with Lolly at all. She complained that Lolly has taken over the wedding preparations and is dismissing her comments and suggestions.

Knowing that Rana will be killed off from the series, fans are speculating that she might die in the hands of Lolly due to jealousy. Will Coronation Street fans bid goodbye to this fan-favorite character soon? Or will Rana and Kate still get married before she meets her death?

It has been announced that Rana will be leaving the soap permanently and there’s a good chance that this could be how she leaves the show. Bhavna Limbachiam, Rana’s portrayer, confirmed that she will be leaving for good but also hinted that she has extended her contract and still had lots of scenes to film before her final farewell.

According to a source, Bhavna made the decision to leave, as she wanted to do other things. The insider added that she wanted Rana’s character to be killed off instead of having another actress reprise the role, which could upset fans of the soap. The insider also revealed that Rana is going to “die in Kate’s arms.” What perfect way to make an exit than by dying in the arms of the person she loves before their wedding day! Bhavna tweeted about her decision to leave the show and thanked her fans and Coronation Street family for the wonderful experience.
