As a matter of fact, actress Sally Dynevor (Sally Metcalfe) has hinted that her character’s daughter Rosie Webster (Helen Flanagan) might be returning to Weatherfield sooner rather than later. The actress is currently on her maternity leave. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Britain’s Express, there’s a possibility that Helen might be returning to the ITV soap in the coming months. In fact, Sally opened up about Helen’s return during an interview with Lorraine Kelly this past week.

When Kelly commented about how talented and gorgeous Flanagan is, Metcalfe added that the entire cast and crew would love to have Helen back, simply because she is such a joy to work with. She added, “And I’m sure it won’t be long before she’s back on our screens because she’s so good.”

Should Helen Flanigan return to the soap, this will be a huge relief for fans as many of the show’s stars are reportedly leaving. Some of the stars that have announced their departures include Bhavna Limbachia, Kym Marsh, Connie Hyde, Tristan Gemmill, Faye Brookes, Katie McGlynn, and Lucy Fallon.
