Coronation Street Spoilers: Ben Price Hints At Nick’s Fate After His Secret Is Exposed

Ben Price speaks about what viewers can expect once the secret of his alter ego, Nick Tilsley, is exposed on their big family holiday.

On “Coronation Street,” Nick will finally be revealed as the person who stole Audrey Robert’s (Sue Nicholls) £80,000. His brother, David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) makes the shocking confession to Audrey about the missing money after realizing that it’s much better for her to hear the truth from him rather than from someone else.

According to Price, Nick won’t feel guilty that Audrey covered the expenses for the family holiday. Instead, he feels uncomfortable because he knows a lot of things can go wrong during that day. The family holiday is an “absolute hell” for Nick.

“He will get bossed around, his mum will try and organize everything and everyone. He also struggles because in one way he tries to portray this independent businessman and yet he always comes back to his family. He can’t live with them and he can’t live without them. So a holiday with them is the worst thing for him,” Price explained.

Price also revealed that Nick will see things aren’t going his way when Natalie Watkins (Cassey Bradley) gatecrashes the holiday. He believes that she’s there to blackmail him and to expose his secret to Audrey. He tries to hide his guilt and even attempts to pretend that he’s not the type of guy who can do such a thing to his grandmother. But deep down inside, he knows what he’s done and his secret is about to come out soon.

David’s mother Gail Platt (Helen Worth) sees the Natalie’s tattoo and recognizes it as the same tattoo on the mystery woman who was seen in a CCCTV footage withdrawing cash from Audrey’s bank account. She calls the police and David realizes that it’s time for him to come clean.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Tries To Calm The Situation Down

So, when Nick finds David talking to Audrey, he does his best to calm things down. However, David is determined to tell the truth and as soon as he does, Nick decides to make David feel that he is as bad as him.

“Nick is just going to play along the route of showing David that he is just as bad as him – he blackmailed Nick and they opened a barbers. If the barbers does well, they will pay her back. Audrey never had the money in the first place, they have utilized the money well, which she would never have done.”

He tries to convince himself that if it wasn’t him, it would have been Lewis Archer (Nigel Havers). He believes that Lewis was just after Audrey’s money.
