Coronation Street News: Brooke Vincent Pregnant With First Child

Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent confirmed that she is expecting her first child. With that exciting news, it is only natural to expect that her character Sophie Webster will leave the cobbles temporarily as she takes her maternity leave.

OK! Magazine broke the news that Vincent and her footballer boyfriend, Kean Bryan, are pregnant with their first baby. Vincent proudly showed off her baby bump in a series of photos published exclusively on OK! Magazine.

The couple said they are “really excited” about the arrival of their baby. “I always worried it wouldn’t happen for me – I’m beside myself with happiness. I’ve been playing songs to the bump and sometimes I sit and cry about how much I love my baby! I’ve always wanted to be a mum, so I’m really excited,” Vincent added.

The 26-year-old “Coronation Street” star wishes that she and her child would have a close relationship, just like what she has with her mother, who she said is her inspiration.

She shared that her mother had her at a young age, at 24 years old, and she’ll be happy if she’s half the mother her mom is.

The couple has decided not to know the gender of their child but one thing is for sure, Vincent wants her baby to grow up a performer like her. Vincent thinks she is having a boy but there’s no way to know for sure until she gives birth.

Vincent, who previously dated Josh McEachran, confirmed her relationship with Kean Bryan as he shared photos of them together in Barcelona in Instagram back in 2016. According to Vincent, having a baby will “add an extra bond” to her relationship with Bryan.

“Kean brings out the best in me and it makes me so excited that we’re on this journey together. I like to think I’m the boss of our relationship but Kean has a really wise head on his shoulders, so I know he’ll be a brilliant dad.”
