Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) went off half-cocked to the jail on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. He left Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), who he’d just foolishly lambasted, and was intent on telling Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) off.

Brady’s character was intent on satisfying his gambling debt and protecting his daughter’s life, which is why he asked Flo to pose as a birth mother. Just as Thomas threatened Flo, so too did Ridge in telling her that he’d make sure she’d suffer until every last broken heart was healed. Thomas was on the same type of self-centered power trip that Ridge is now taking. Striking out at others, meaning Brooke and now Flo, as a way to deal with personal and family flaws.
