Brooke will be upset by the way Thomas has been manipulating Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and will vent to Bill. Bill will not be encouraging or supporting Hope and Thomas being together. He will tell Brooke that they need to let their children make their own decisions and take a step back.
