Recently, she has felt a connection to Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) adopted daughter, Phoebe. She doesn’t understand why she feels so drawn to her. Little does she know, that baby is actually her daughter, Beth!
Hope has not been the best at putting her husband’s needs first. She is knee deep in her own grieving process and she feels it is unfair that he has Kelly. She doesn’t have anyone. Now, with Phoebe around, she has her to feel connected too.
While many B&B fans feel that the loss of Beth will tear Liam and Hope apart, it looks like that may not happen. Hope seems more dedicated than ever to her husband, and Liam is being very patient and understanding toward her.

It’s only natural that Hope thinks that Steffy has stolen another thing from her. She thinks that Steffy legally adopted Phoebe but cannot help wondering why she decided to go through it right after her baby died. She cannot help but feel like Steffy is always trying to “one up” her and get the best of her.
Even so, Hope decides to put her feelings aside and be a good wife and step mom to Kelly. She decides to open her heart up to Phoebe. It may prove to be the best thing for her as Hope. In time, she will learn that Phoebe is really Beth.
