Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden) truly wants to tell Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) about the baby on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. But Shauna Fulton’s (Denise Richards) desire to protect her daughter appears to be preventing a self-generated reveal. So, in whatever amount of time it takes, will Flo voluntarily tell her secret to Hope, or will the baby swap be forced out instead?

B&B viewers saw a daydream-like sequence recently. Flo verbally imagined what it would be like to meet with Hope, at Brooke Logan-Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) home and tell her what really happened on Catalina Island. The shock that is initially seen on the face of Beth Spencer’s (Isabella de Armas and Redford Prindiville) mother is followed by incredible joy. No consequences followed for Flo.

Shauna thought Flo’s hopes (a purposeful word poke) were misguided. Jeering, followed by jail time, instead of a compassionate soft landing was wisely projected. That underscores Flo’s dilemma.

If Flo tells Hope the truth, unknown consequences await. If Flo remains silent, she be forced to somehow handle the ongoing mental torture.

Allowing Flo to maintain status quo creates the near certainty of a force-out. Unless Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) decides to turn himself into the authorities, which would then affect Flo, B&B can push this information out into Los Angeles, California, through various plot paths.

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) just told his dad, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), that he still has feelings for Hope. That combined with the incredible backstory fact, where Thomas and Flo apparently had a one-time romantic match, establishes a potential paternity test request.

Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) just flew overseas to see her dad. Considering the personal connection that she has with Xander Avant (Adain Bradley), upon Zoe’s return, any ‘Zander’ conversations about the baby swap that take place could be overheard at any time by Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) or her workspace partner, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), after which multiple interested parties would learn the truth.

Of course, there are many other soapy ways that Beth’s identity can be exposed. That’s part of the reason B&B fans will keep watching.
