‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Hunter Tylo Shares Exciting New Endeavor

Viewers of “Bold and The Beautiful” may be upset about how Taylor’s story turned out. The character may be off screen right now but the actress who portrayed her, Hunter Tylo, is as busy as ever.

Tylo took the time to respond to one of her Bold and the Beautiful fans who took to Twitter to express her disappointment about Taylor’s stories. Tylo said, “No worries Tayfans!! I am on a travel sabbatical in my studies of art. I’m creating glass art chandeliers currently! Taylor will be back to light your way!”

Since Taylor’s return, viewers have learned that she shot Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) because of how he was treating her daughter, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Bill decided not to file charges and even though she could have ended in prison for what she’s done, Taylor still continued to look out for her daughter. Since then, she’s gotten herself into trouble several times, including the cake fight with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Also, many were surprised to see her as blonde when she returned to “The Bold and the Beautiful” since fans of the show were used to her as a brunette. She was helping her 20-year-old daughter, Katya.

“She’d been going to Paul Mitchell [hairstyling and cosmetology school] to learn how to do her hair, and so I became her subject,” Tylo revealed. “I got to get gel nails, and she started giving me all these nice treatments — including bleaching my hair,” she explained.

Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) is no longer appearing as often as she used to since her introduction in “The Bold and the Beautiful” in June 1990 as Caroline Spencer’s (Joanna Johnson) doctor.

When Caroline passed away, Taylor became romantically involved with her widower Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Since her debut in the soap, Taylor was thought to have died twice, in 1994 and 2002. She turned out to be alive on both occasions.

Hunter Tylo is not her real name, it’s actually  Deborah Jo Hunter. She’s a native American who was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She appeared on “All My Children” starting 1985 but only stayed there for three years. She was also given a role in “Days of Our Lives.”
