The fact is, Thomas asked Vincent to give him drugs to help him with a situation. B&B spoilers tease that Thomas didn’t give his friend any details on why he needed the substance. Even though it was released on Soap Central that Joe would be coming back to B&B for another arc, they didn’t reveal what his storyline would be. It could go a few different ways. At this point, it would be anyone’s guess on how B&B will end this crazy storyline.
