Young And The Restless Spoilers: Devon Out Of Control – Hilary Blues Lead To Destructive Behavior

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Devon (Bryton James) will come crashing down during the week of November 26. His family is getting very worried about his drinking.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Nate (Brooks Darnell) will confront him and urge him to get help. They will point out they understand why he is spiraling downward, as losing Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was extremely difficult.

Devon’s Behavior Is Out Of Control on Y&R

After staying out all night, Devon tells Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) that this is why he got into the music business. It prompted his family to have more concerns about his behavior, especially his partying. His family believes that he is self-medicating and they wonder if he is handling Hilary’s death in a healthy way.

James who plays Devon on Young and the Restless shares that his alter ego is telling his family he is doing okay, but he is not. He is using work and alcohol to distract him from the loss of his wife and child. He is also trying to create distance between him and his family, the ones that keep asking him if he is doing okay.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Is Angry

The one thing that is getting to Devon is how everyone has gone on with their lives. After the accident, he has support from many people, but now, everyone moved on and are out living their lives. Devon is left to go on without Hilary in his life. When alone, he is left with his feelings and the harsh reality of life without his wife.

Devon believes that drowning himself in work is the best way to move on. His family, of course, sees things differently. Cane is quick to point out that he is acting reckless, noting he blew off his family for Thanksgiving. That is when Devon doesn’t hold back, stating that all he had to be thankful this year is in the graveyard, and Lily (Christel Khalil) put her there.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Can’t Forgive Lily

Devon has not forgiven his sister yet on Young and the Restless. He is angry that she will one day come home live the rest of her life with her family and Hilary is gone forever. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Devon believes that his family should understand his point of view. He feels that they don’t. It makes him angry they support Lily so much and do not see everything he lost.

Young and the Restless spoilers tease Devon is headed down the wrong path. He is going to grow dependent on alcohol and he should know from watching Neil (Kristoff St. John) that that path will lead to heartache.
