Will Days of Our Lives Sarah and Eric Join Forces To Grant Nicole’s Dying Wish?

Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) last wish was that Eric (Greg Vaugh) raises Holly as his own. However, Eric is a single man with no biological ties to Holly, and he has legal issues against him. Will Eric find help in an unlikely place?

Maggie Is Holly’s Grandmother

Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) is a wealthy woman who can hire any lawyer she wants to fight for her granddaughter. Maggie is well aware that Eric killed her son and her grandchildren are the last link she has to him. Will Maggie be ok with Nicole’s choice of a guardian for her granddaughter or will Maggie want to raise her herself instead?

Chloe Carried Holly For Nicole

Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) is the one who gave birth to Holly. Chloe had custody of Holly once before. Chloe also has Parker (Christian Ganiere), Holly’s brother. Will Chloe sue for custody of Holly again so she can raise her and Parker together? Maggie is older and doesn’t need to be taking care of a young child, and Chloe knows this. Will Maggie want Chloe to be the one who raises Holly?

Melanie May Want Her Sister

Although Melanie (ex-Molly Burnett) hasn’t been onscreen for some time now, she may want to raise her sister. Maggie might be ok Melanie taking custody of Holly. Melanie hasn’t spent any time with her little sister, but she is young enough to handle a toddler. Maggie could want the sister’s to bond and may be fine with Melanie raising her on her own. Melanie would make sure that Holly knew about their father, she would tell Holly about her mother. Melanie could be a very good influence on Holly and show her the world.

Sarah Could Convince Maggie To Grant Nicole’s Wish

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) had gotten to know Nicole and even sublet her apartment to her. Sarah is likely to know how much Nicole loved Eric and how much she wanted to be with him. Sarah and Maggie both would know that Nicole would not make that request likely. Sarah will probably talk to Maggie and get her to see why Nicole wants Eric to be the one to raise Holly.

With Sarah’s engagement about to implode, Sarah could offer to be there to help Eric, and the two could start a romance of their own. Eric has been denied his future with Nicole, but he wanted to be a family with her and Holly. Eric loves Holly and would be a great father to her. Sarah could be closer to Maggie and be there to help raise her niece. Maggie would have her daughter back in Salem for good.

Maggie knows that Nicole didn’t make this decision lightly and certainly, would not want Xander to have Holly if he’s still alive. Brady witnessed Nicole’s request, and it is only right that they grant Nicole’s wish.
