Who Will Win Outstanding Lead Actor Daytime Emmy?

The 2018 Daytime Emmy Nominations were recently announced and we would like to know who you would like to win this category. We have at least one actor from each of the four soaps unlike the Oustanding Lead Actress and would like for you to take a vote in our poll on who you think did the best!

First up we have the amazing John McCook from “The Bold and the Beautiful.” John McCook is a phenomenal actor who is definitely no stranger to Daytime. He is known for his part of Eric Forrester who is the Patriarch of the family. John has also done some crossing over to Y&R as well. John has been with B&B since the first day of show and has recently had some awesome scenes with Rena Sofer (BB- Quinn Forrester) and Thorsten Kaye (BB- Ridge Forrester) in which he was nominated on.

Next, we have James Reynolds who is from “Days Of Our Lives.” James portrays the part of Abe Carver and is a phenomenal actor as well. James has been with Days since 1981 and is still bringing some phenomenal storytelling on the show. Do you Days fans enjoy his character?

Then we have two men from ABC’s “General Hospital,” Billy Miller and Michael Easton. Billy Miller came on the show to play the part of Jason Morgan and instantly won fans over and later we all come to find out he was Drew Cain the twin of Jason Morgan. Michael Easton portrays the part of Doctor Hamilton Finn, but you may remember him playing other characters on the show as well. Finn is a cocky doctor but is always there to help anyone in need. Are you enjoying these two fellows on the show? Would you like to see one of them take home the Emmy?

Last on our list is Peter Bergman from CBS’s “The Young and the Restless.” Peter made his debut with Y&R in 1989 and is still doing some fabulous storytelling to this day. Not to mention still giving his foe Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) a run for his money! Would you like to see Peter win this category?
