This is Us Spoilers: Sneak Peak Reveals Jack Pearson’s Death Scene

This is Us spoilers indicate that the third season of the hit NBC is going to be the most emotionally charged one yet. As a matter of fact, a new trailer for the fall gives us a sneak peek of Jack Pearson’s (Milo Ventimiglia) death and what we can expect ahead.

The teaser trailer begins with a doctor telling Rebecca that her husband went into cardiac arrest and that unfortunately, he’s now gone. Even though Rebecca (played by actress Mandy Moore) is in shock, she still eats a candy bar right in front of the doctor.

Needless to say, the scene wasn’t an easy one to film. Mandy says in the trailer, “We all knew the pressure that we were under to deliver this moment when we were doing this scene. I didn’t know that Milo was gonna be there in the bed.”

Mandy couldn’t help but shed tears while talking about the scene. She continued, “I walked into the room, and I was completely taken aback. It was like I was able to live out that moment for real. You’re just like – you’re just hit by it.”

It sounds like fans are definitely not going to want to miss this one. Of course, viewers will just have to tune in to find out what will happen next! The This is Us cast includes Milo Ventimiglia as Pearson family patriarch Jack, Mandy Moore, Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, Chris Sullivan, Sterling K. Brown, and Susan Kelechi Brown. The dramedy has fast become one of the highest rated shows in primetime television.
