This is Us Season 3 spoilers indicate that things are looking a little more hopeful for Kevin Pearson according to his portrayer, actor Justin Hartley. As a matter of fact, Justin recently opened up about what fans can expect for Season 3 as Kevin explores new avenues, tries to find answers about his father’s past, and of course, might end up in a brand-new relationship sooner rather than later!

In a new interview with Access Hollywood, the handsome actor says that while things might look a little bleak for Kevin, there are some good times ahead. In other words, it won’t be all drama and tears!

As far as what’s next, he told the site, “He’s on his path to recovery. He’s doing well. He’s slowly but surely trying to figure things out and becoming more comfortable with who he is.”

Justin also added that his character does have a little spring to his step, but that’s because he has a potential new romance in his life! The actor further explained, “It’s because of this new woman that he met. Maybe the timing is not perfect because of how delicate that he is, and also she might be able to help him with that as well. People can actually change if they want to.”
