The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Sharon Knows Her Man – Nick’s Interest Piqued

Sharon (Sharon Case) knows that Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) interest has been piqued on ‘The Young and the Restless’. The sight of her in a drop-dead dress caught Nick’s interest. Now the question is, how long will it take ‘Shick’ to reform?

The passionate kiss that took place between these longtime love birds was revealing and confirming. It revealed that a spark is capable of being reignited, or has already taken place. The smooch also confirmed that both parties are open to reviving their couple status.

Nick has been involved with various women over time. But no one knows him better than Sharon. Since both parties have no current significant other and have come to trust each other it makes sense that a full-blown reunion could happen, soon.

After initially asking him to move into the cottage, Sharon began to further develop her latent feelings. She’s grown fonder of Nick in recent months, with the impetus being his having tipped her off to Scott’s (Daniel Hall) dalliance with Abby (Melissa Ordway).

Nick was reeling after Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) scheme became common knowledge. She wrecked ‘Chick’, which appeared to be destined for marriage. Chelsea not only took Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) from Genoa City, she also took a piece of Nick’s heart.

However, what better way for Nick to rebound from a love-loss than to reconnect with his first true, blue honey. No, it’s not icky to describe the initial version of ‘Shick’ with that gooey term. Sharon and Nick were and remain one of Y&R’s all-time great pairings.

Sharon liked the fact that Nick was very interested in where she was going and who she was going to see. She later found him on the couch when she returned. He asked for details about how everything went. The one-time Mrs. Newman replied and nearly mentioned that the man was nice, but didn’t compare to Nick.

All points noted show that steady progress is being made. Yes, both characters appear to be finding their way back to each other.
