The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Scott Played The Fool – Sharon Right To Step On Ring

Scott (Daniel Hall) isn’t a terrible person on ‘The Young and the Restless’. He made a series of romantic mistakes and with them come consequences. After buying Sharon (Sharon Case) an engagement ring on New Year’s Eve day he later kissed Abby (Melissa Ordway). Yes, Mr. Grainger willingly played the fool.

Returning to Genoa City, this version of Scott appeared to have potential. Unlike various purposeful souls, he used the power of the media to investigate truly important matters around the globe and now, at home. Personally, his love life developed organically. Scott and Sharon grew into a nickname (‘Shott’), which created temporary stability.

What did Scott think would happen? The storage unit incident could have remained his secret with Abby. But then ‘Scabby’ truly formed when Scott’s secondary pairing kissed in public on more than one occasion. They were eventually caught due to recklessness. But the subconscious wants what it wants.

So everything blew up and Sharon and Abby fought at the GC Athletic Club. It was quite the battle. Sophisticated fans, which means every modern viewer, saw that a double was used when the camera showed Ordway’s back, as she and Case were faux fighting. Ordway was days away from delivering her second child when that scene was shot at the approximate kiss between November and December.

Later, Sharon went to the Tack House, where Abby is living and dumped Scott’s clothes on the ground. A small box fell to the ground, Scott picked it up and pulled out what had to be an engagement ring and was. He told Sharon his pre-2018 plan, while the woman that he claimed to love stared at him.

Sharon took the modest diamond, dropped it, then rubbed it into the ground with the sole of her shoe. And with that any chance of a ‘Shott’ revival was over, as Abby stood in the doorway. Sharon told her she could have him.

Scott asked to talk with Abby, who threw his wild boxer shorts at him and closed the door. But ‘Scabby’ remains possible, later this year.
