Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) didn’t expect to reconnect with Nick (Joshua Morrow) on ‘The Young and the Restless’. But ‘Phick’ did, which will soon remix the realities of Billy (Jason Thompson), Sharon (Sharon Case), Summer (Hunter King), Jack (Peter Bergman), and Kyle (Michael Mealor).
Billy has no idea about ‘Phick’s’ recent dalliance, or Nick’s ongoing desire to keep that renewed option open. Part of Morrow’s recent character development request (and approval) has Nick exploring his ‘Black Knight’ side. Yes, more Victor-like (Eric Braeden) behavior in general and toward Phyllis, specifically, can be expected.

Sharon already feels that her first true and now reclaimed love has veered off-course. The J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) ruse alone was cause for deep concern. Now, Nick is intent on establishing a home for the revived ‘Shick’ somewhere other than the cottage, which sits on Victor’s property.
The instant Sharon realizes Nick has broken her trust with Phyllis, of all people, old emotional wounds will reopen and begin bleeding, profusely. ‘Phick’ redux would seem to possess the very real potential of being a ‘Shick’ killer.
Summer believes that digital evidence on her mom’s smartphone means that her mom and Jack are already back on. But ‘Phack’ hasn’t reunited, it just appeared that way. While Billy has rejected Summer’s advances to-date, the sudden end of ‘Philly’ would leave him available and possibly ready to use King’s character as payback.
Poor Jack. He doesn’t know who his dad is. He left Jabot as a result of the blood Abbott clause he initiated years ago to prevent Phyllis (then played by Michelle Stafford) from being able to take over the, uh, family company.
Now, Jack wants Phyllis back and believes he has a chance. But how will Bergman’s character react if he learns about ‘Phick’?
And then there’s Kyle. He wants to help his dad, so he’s gone along with Summer’s plan to try and break up ‘Philly’ so ‘Phack’ can reconcile and ‘Silly’ can start full-on. Soap fans understood everything in this paragraph and need nothing further as opinions about coming Y&R episodes continue to form.
