The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Nick Noses Into Sharon’s Business – Shick Remains Possible

Nick (Joshua Morrow) previously loved Sharon (Sharon Case) on ‘The Young and the Restless’. But these days he’s simply protective of her. However, Y&R fans can not rule out the potential for ‘Shick’ to reform when the Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) paternity issue is eventually revealed.

Scott (Daniel Hall) isn’t someone that Nick has ever trusted. There was just something about the guy that rubbed Sharon’s ex-husband the wrong way. Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) came to share her dad’s feeling, after initially being fond of her mom’s latest significant other.

Faith told Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that she’d seen Scott kissing Abby (Melissa Ordway). Two Genoa City characters were clued into ‘Shott’ by that point. Then, Nick saw his sister and Scott kissing at the Ranch when mistletoe was missing. So the number of romantic intelligence officers became three.

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) didn’t want Nick to get involved in Sharon’s business, but relented when asked if she would like to be kept in the dark in a similar situation. Keeping soapy score, viewers saw that four people know about ‘Shott’s’ existence.

Nick was right to confront Abby first. Doing so at Crimson Lights allowed him to gain a deeper, though not full understanding of the issues. Abby claimed that she and Scott decided that there was nothing between them and that smooch represented was basically a goodbye.

Abby recently told Lily (Christel Khalil) all details about ‘Shott’. Mrs. Ashby has become a work friend at Newman Enterprises. She’s likely to be discrete. But that meant five people know about Scott and Abby.

Sharon’s days in the dark end this week, as teaser clips have shown. She confronts Scott and comes to physical blows with Abby.

Considering all of the above, is it possible that the Christian issue will remain buried forever? Possible, yes. Certain, of course not.

If Christian’s true paternity is revealed in the next few months ‘Chick’ will, in all likelihood be over. Sharon and Nick could then rekindle their relationship whether anyone within Y&R’s world, or those who observe it think that development would be wise, or not.
