The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Kyle Needs Jack’s Advice – Will He Remain Patient As Dad Suggests?

Kyle (Michael Mealor) thinks his moves are better than Jack’s (Peter Bergman) on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Short on experience and full of ego, ah, such is life among some of the younger set in Genoa City.

Jack hasn’t always been lucky in love. In fact, he’s had some frightful experiences. However, that was many episodes and years past and Kerry’s (Alice Hunter) promise is highly appealing.

Y&R seems to have created a romantic character for Jack who isn’t totally kooky. And she’s not Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) either, as various anti-‘Phack’ forces are glad to assert.

As for Kyle, he’s quite the charmer. Hardcore fans recognize someone very familiar inside the excellent recast of this character. Yes, he is who Jack was long ago and even again in more recent years.

Lola gives Kyle his gifts back and walks out.

Lola (Sasha Calle) is somewhat similar to Kerry, in that she’s also new in town. Confident, but also vulnerable. Both actors represent smart casting choices.

Miss Rosales seems to differ from Hunter in that she has honestly admitted to not having deep relationship experience. And that’s where Kyle’s full lack of consideration for his father’s experience will be addressed.

‘Kola’ is a cute nickname for a couple that’s easy to root for. However, Kyle does not have a track record in relating to a person with depth. Summer (Hunter King) was representative of the type of woman he often admittedly chose, or who chose him. Miss Newman swam in the entitled, shallow end. While she was doing that, Lola has been creating her own business completely on her own.

Lola possesses the type of old-school wisdom that Jack embodies. Kyle doesn’t yet realize that his first true love and father share that admirable trait.

Kerry is a bit older than Lola. The age gap Miss Johnson has with Jack, the recent job she gained working for Phyllis at the Abbott family company, and other complex personal ties are present a sizable challenge. That’s why Jack’s experienced approach with romance seems like a wise approach.

If he’s smart, Kyle will listen to his father’s advice and remain patient with Lola. Hopefully they, along with ‘Jerry’ form relationships that last.
