The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Hevon Revival Takes Next Step – Hilary Receives Desired Confirmation

Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will receive positive news on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Yes, her pregnancy will be confirmed. Why else would Y&R be working its scripts if not to result in a baby for this particular couple?

The ‘Hevon’ revival remains on track even before the expected announcement takes place. Fans of Morgan and Bryton James (Devon) have already been rejoicing because the characters who they think are the most engaging, especially when they are coupled, continue on their likely reunion path.

Clearly, Y&R was telegraphing the potential of a sequel when the first edition of this duo parted amicably in the early part of 2017. Then, after giving Hilary the one thing she wanted, GC Buzz, Devon reacquired the digital media asset. Doing so clearly positioned both people to perform regular scenes together, which they have.

Past relationship tries by Hilary and Devon respectively, meaning those with Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) are now afterthoughts. But the arrival of Simone (Shanica Knowles) implied that a triangle could be forming. Devon’s choice to end things with Knowles’ intriguing character now appears to have jet-packed ‘Hevon’ Part II.

Devon is telling Hilary that he’s committed to being a father. He’s also knowingly remaining single, which ups the odds that the first half of this one-time couple is surely his destiny, right?

Yes, Y&R is a soap. But many viewers can surely relate to being in a relationship with a perceived, or real soul mate, having that mesh become tangled, and then end. If the idea of love, or reality of it, exists then revival is surely a persuadable goal. Countless audience members have experienced what Hilary and Devon went through and are feeling again. Baby steps, with a pun, intended.

To be sure, this particular duo has virulent tendencies. On-again, off-again, and back, sometimes within minutes. But that’s part of their endearing quality. Passion fuels drama. This is daytime with two solid stars. ‘

Hevon’ then. Exciting! ‘Hevon’ again? Of course.
