The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Hevon Baby Loss – Hilary Critical

The car accident didn’t have to happen on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Fictionally speaking, Lily (Christel Khalil) allowed herself to be distracted while driving and that led to tragedy. In real life, Mishael Morgan’s (Hilary) exit from the cast appears to have led to this climax.

Morgan previously announced her departure from Y&R and filmed her final scenes a short time ago, though she just posted a photo of herself back on-set for an undefined visit. With whatever her daytime future, this outstanding actor left on good terms and could always return if both parties are interested. However, that assumes that Morgan’s character won’t be killed off.

Was the man Hilary was speaking to at the Genoa City Athletic Club the true father of her child? Maybe he was some type of business associate that she didn’t want Devon (Bryton James) to know of, or a relative? Whatever she didn’t want the father of their now-passed child to be aware of feels likely to be revealed soon.

All ‘Hevon’ fans are hoping that a sad ending isn’t unfolding for the Hilary character herself, meaning that she dies as a result of the accident. If she survives and in considering Morgan’s known exit, it’s fair to wonder if Y&R has already, or will recast this character?

It would be challenging to replace Morgan since she was the first person to embody this new character that was created five years ago. So a recast would surely be controversial.

The chemistry evidenced between Morgan and James was fully in sync, which allowed ‘Hevon’ to be ever-engaging. But the daytime life can be grueling. That along with the arrival of Morgan’s real life second baby in the not too distant future resulted in a parting of ways with this iconic soap.

Fans now know the fate of ‘Hevon’s’ baby. They’ll soon see what happens to Hilary. With whatever that storyline development all Genoa City observers wish Morgan and her family well.
