The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: A Jealous Nick Orders Rey to Back Off – Then Issues Threat

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) is acting like a complete moron when it comes to his ex, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). They have been a couple on and off since the early 1990’s and he feels they are destined to be together in spite of his most recent one-nighter with Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni), mere weeks before his would be nuptials. Do you think Sharon is overreacting and she should have married Nick regardless of what happened?

Y&R sources indicate Nick will spot Sharon and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) chatting at Crimson Lights and he will make it known that he doesn’t like how close the two have become. In fact, he will flat out accuse Rey of being a manipulator and a liar to Sharon, who is vulnerable right now. Rey, who isn’t one to talk about his personal life, stands up to Nick, suggesting he gets his own life in check – kind of like, “those who live in glass houses, shouldn’t throw stones!” Nick has no right to comment on Rey’s faithfulness to his estranged wife, when Nick has cheated on Sharon several times.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Nick doesn’t like his issues thrown in his face. He does admit he screwed up BIG time, but he plans on making it right and marrying Sharon. He issues a warning to Rey, subtly telling him that he is the son of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), the same man who chained his first wife, Julia Newman’s (Meg Bennett) lover, Michael Scott (Nicholas Benedict) to a bomb shelter for having an affair with Julia. The undertones are very clear; is Sharon right when she said Nick has turned into the very man he despises?
