The Young and The Restless Star Bryton James Gets A New Job!

We’ve got good news for Bryton James fans. The handsome The Young and the Restless actor has just been cast in a new series, which means that daytime television fans will be seeing much more of him in the near future

.According to reports, Bryton, who is best known for his role as Devon Hamilton in Genoa City, has just joined the Nickelodeon adventure-comedy, Glitch Techs. Created by Dan Milano and Eric Robles, the series follows the story of two newly recruited kids as they battle video game monsters that come to life in the real world.

The series will beginning shooting in the fall and has already been picked up by the Nickelodeon network for a 20-episode first season.

As far as Bryton’s role on The Young and the Restless, fans need not to worry. The actor will be pulling double duty in the coming months by working on both shows at the same time.  Although, it is odd timing that Bryton is branching out right after it was announced that his long time love interest Hilary was leaving the soap.  Is this a sign that Devon will be on the soap much less?

This isn’t the first time that Bryton has picked up television work outside of the soap world. He’s also starred on several different television series such as Young Justice, DC Super Friends, Star War Rebels, Winx Club and so much more.

In other words, Bryton is one of the hardest working actors in the entertainment industry. We can’t wait to see him on Glitch Techs very soon!In the meantime, The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.
