The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Will Jack Abbott Find His REAL Father?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Jack is desperately looking for his biological father, so much so that it’s taking over his entire life. At this point he’s clinging on to the smallest details of his search hoping that it will lead somewhere for him.

The Young and the Restless producer and head writer Mal Young tells CBS Soaps in Depth that Jack is putting all his energy into finding the right answers. But at the same time, this search might quickly exhaust him, too.

He explains, “He’s putting all his strength into this new job of his, who his father is, who he can be in the future. It’s the most positive he’s been in a long time, but the positive is coming out of something quite negative. It’s giving him a drive and determination that he’s got to find out the truth.”

Jack also discovers a key that leads him to a safety box at a bank. Mal adds, “He’s clutching at straws – any little clue. Right away, he’s hoping that it could lead to something, but he’s clutching at any possibility just because it’s such a difficult task.”

If that weren’t enough, Jack also knows he has no one to rely on, including his mother, Dina. All he has right now is the key, hoping that it might be what he needs in order to unlock his answers. Thankfully he’s got his son Kyle by his side, who not only feels sorry for his dad, but wants to help him in his quest in finding his real, biological father.
