The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, June 20: Victoria Gets a Spooky Warning, Newman’s at Risk – Jack’s Digging Disturbs Cane

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, June 20, tease that Summer (Hunter King) will drag Kyle (Michael Mealor) away for a poolside meeting. On the rooftop, Summer takes off everything except her bikini. Kyle thinks all this is too distracting, but Summer pushes him to rub her down with some lotion. She hints that he’s been hung up on her since they split.

Kyle launches into a spiel about how he moved on, but Summer doesn’t seem to buy it. They eventually chat about Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy (Jason Thompson). Summer suggests that her mother’s romance won’t last. Later, Kyle can’t get his mind off Summer. When Mariah (Camryn Grimes) notices, she teases him about the hold his ex has on him.

Over with Hilary (Mishael Morgan), she’s outraged over some confusion. Devon (Bryton James) arranges to have Hilary take some time off without telling her. She calls him out on it, but soon learns it’s for a surprise vacation. Hilary is hesitant to leave Shauna (Camryn Hamm), but Devon notes that Neil (Kristoff St. John) is right across the hall. Shauna echoes the idea that she’ll be just fine on her own.

Once Devon and Hilary head out, Shauna sends Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) a text. She points out that they’ll have the place all to themselves. Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) talks to Cane (Daniel Goddard) about his suspicions. Cane’s reluctant to believe that Jack’s a Chancellor. He argues that it’s a stretch based on the evidence and warns Jack to stop poking around.

However, Jack has no intention of letting this go. He ultimately meets back up with Cane and seeks his assistance. Jack hasn’t been able to get in touch with Jill (Jess Walton), but wonders if Cane might be able to help. In order to prove he’s Phillip Chancellor’s (Donnelly Rhodes) son, Jack needs to get the body exhumed. He hopes Cane can pitch in with his quest for DNA proof.

At Newman Enterprises, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) opens an email and plays an audio clip. She’s stunned as a distorted voice talks about Victoria’s secrets. After he or she declares that they’re no longer safe, Nick walks in. He sees that Victoria’s distraught, so she fills him in on the latest threat. Victoria notes that someone claims to have company files and might be able to destroy Newman.

Nick downplays Victoria’s concerns, but she insists on giving Victor (Eric Braeden) updates. Victor doesn’t think they should worry yet. Nevertheless, he makes it clear that Victoria shouldn’t be spilling info to Nick. Afterward, Victoria’s surprised by a special delivery. Several boxes arrive, which contain confidential info. Victoria’s more concerned than ever, so she quickly gives Victor the news.
