The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, February 14: Chelsea Lies, Accuses Jordan – Jealous J.T. Blows – Phyllis and Billy’s Surprises

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, February 14, tease that we’ll see plenty of romance, shockers, and outbursts. For starters, it’s time for Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily’s (Christel Khalil) vow renewal. At the penthouse, Lily arrives seeking some last-minute assistance from Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). She’s torn over which dress to wear.

Lily loves Drucilla’s (Victoria Rowell) gown, but she also likes the one she wore a few years ago. Chelsea notes that there’s a way for Lily to wear both. She whips up a new dress that features some style elements from both gowns. Lily’s happily dons the creation for an intimate ceremony at home.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily have a sweet family gathering to celebrate. They just wanted Mattie (Lexie Stevenson), Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Sam around for this. After some heartfelt vows are shared, Lily and Cane exchange rings. They’re happy that they got another chance at love and happiness.

At Top of the Tower, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is hoping to get evidence against Chelsea soon. She’s still waiting for news that could link Chelsea to the cash Victor (Eric Braeden) provided. In the meantime, Chelsea tells Nick (Joshua Morrow) that she needs to tell him the truth. Instead, she just adds to her deception.

When Chelsea claims Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) was behind the bogus site, Nick falls for it. He assures Chelsea that he believes in her innocence. Back with Phyllis, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) mentions that Billy’s got a surprise cooking. She believes he’s going to propose.

Due to some hints, Phyllis dropped earlier, Billy thinks she’s planning on popping the question herself. Before he sits down to trade gifts with Phyllis, Billy dances with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). This party marks the public debut of Victoria and J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbell) reunion, but Billy questions the rush. Victoria insists that things are different this time around.

J.T. isn’t happy when he walks back over and finds Victoria with her ex. He huffs and puffs until he erupts back at the house. J.T. accuses Victoria of keeping Billy as a backup plan. He rants about Victoria’s lack of respect and eventually storms out.

Back at the shindig, Billy receives a nice watch from Phyllis. In return, Phyllis gets the key to a shiny new car. They take a moment to appreciate their deep love for each other. Hilary’s night doesn’t go nearly as well. She has fun dancing with Devon, but she’s bummed when she learns he’s been seeing Simone (Shanica Knowles).
