The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wed, April 4: Victor Fading, Nikki Distraught – Ashley Wants Billy As CEO – Arturo Comforts Abby

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, April 4, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will be hopeful about possibly being pregnant. At Hamilton-Winters, Hilary and Devon (Bryton James) bond over their parenthood plan. Later, Devon meets up with Simone (Shanica Knowles) for a chat. When Simone walks away for a moment, Hilary tries to stir the pot with Devon.

Nikki Delivers Difficult News

Hilary mentions that Devon recently had sex with his ex and asks if that’s something he filled Simone in on. Once Simone returns, Hilary takes off. At the hospital, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has some difficult news to share. She tells Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) that Victor’s (Eric Braeden) gone into septic shock.

Victor’s Life On The Line

Nikki points out that Victor’s organs could shut down and force them to make some tough choices. She notes that Victor didn’t give her any directions on how to proceed. Victoria hints that Victor wouldn’t want to linger without hope. However, she’s prepared to accept Nikki’s decision on this.

Nikki Has A Meltdown

Nick suggests that perhaps Victor was trying to test them somehow. He thinks that may be the reason no instructions were left. During some private time, Nikki has a bit of a meltdown and lashes out at Victor’s comatose body. She eventually calms down and expresses her gratitude to Victor.

Ashley Motivates Billy

A dark-haired woman arrives a little later and gives Victor a kiss on his hand. At the Abbott mansion, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) urges Billy (Jason Thompson) to step up as Jabot’s leader. He’s not opposed to the idea, but he feels like scoring the CEO spot could be difficult now. After all, Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) back and on a power trip.

Kyle Fires Gloria

After arguing with Gloria at Jabot, Kyle decides to fire her. He makes his way over to the Abbott home and meets Dina (Marla Adams), who’s upset about “John” not knowing the truth. She wants to divulge her secret before he ends up in prison. Kyle counters that some secrets should stay buried and fibs to Dina about being John’s cousin.

Arturo Comforts Abby

At the athletic club, Arturo (Jason Canela) spots a distraught Abby. He gives her a napkin for her tears and introductions are exchanged. Abby confesses that she’s upset about Victor’s declining health, so Arturo does his best to provide a little comfort.

J.T. Blames Mac

Across town, J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) and Victoria have a counseling session with Dr. Mosley (Rose Abdoo). Mac’s (Kelly Kruger) name comes up and J.T. tries to put most of the blame on her. However, Victoria makes it clear that she has fears as well. Dr. Mosley hears about the emotional abuse and asks if things have turned physical before.

Victoria Exposes J.T.

Victoria overrides J.T.’s “not really,” and contends that their confrontation did get pretty aggressive. Dr. Mosley thinks they could use another session to dig deeper. J.T. goes along with the idea, but he’s clearly displeased.

Once they’re back at home, J.T. tries to wiggle out of getting help. He argues that they don’t need somebody to judge their relationship. J.T. believes they’re already a great match. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say more drama’s brewing, so we’ll give you updates as other Y&R details and rumors emerge.
