The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday April 18: Phyllis Scrambles – Neil Faces Baby Bomb – Reed Gets Stunning J.T. News

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, April 18, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will have concerns about secret spillage. At Crimson Lights, Phyllis barks a warning to Sharon (Sharon Case). She insists they need to keep what happened to J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) under wraps.

Victor On the Hunt for J.T.

Billy (Jason Thompson) notices them hanging out again and suggests these girls’ nights are working. He ponders what really goes on at their gatherings. In Victor’s (Eric Braeden) hospital room, he tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that he wants to find J.T. without police interference. Nikki points out that J.T. could be anywhere, but she maintains she’s just as determined to protect Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

Paul Searches Victoria’s Home

At home, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) opens the door to find Paul (Doug Davidson) with a search warrant. While he’s checking upstairs, Billy and Phyllis appear. When Phyllis learns Paul’s looking for clues in J.T.’s room, she panics. Fortunately, Phyllis is able to get her hands on the fireplace poker as well as J.T.’s phone. She dashes off to get rid of the proof and later heads to a Jabot board meeting.

Abby and Ashley’s Plan Fails

Meanwhile, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) show up at the police station. They hope to get Jack’s (Peter Bergman) signature for a proxy, but that plan doesn’t work out. Over with Kyle (Michael Mealor), he makes a call to a judge and throws Victor’s name around to hold up Jack’s release.

However, Kyle runs into trouble when Jack gets out anyway. The board meeting is interrupted by Jack, who declares the vote null and void. Jack demands his chair back, so it seems Kyle’s been thwarted for now. Elsewhere, Sharon and Nikki get rid of the rug they rolled J.T.’s body in. After tossing it in the incinerator, Nikki suggests their own guilt won’t be as easy to eliminate.

Reed Told of J.T.’s Murder Attempt

Back at Victoria’s place, Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) pushes for answers about J.T. He wants to get in touch with his dad but soon learns that’s not possible. Nikki tells Reed that J.T. was the one who tried to murder his grandfather. Victoria adds that J.T. may never try to contact Reed again.

Victoria Blames Herself For Viktor’s Health

Afterward, Victor gets a visit from his daughter. Victoria’s ashamed of her weakness and insists it’s her fault Victor ended up in this situation. J.T.’s the only person Victor holds responsible. They share a sweet moment as Victoria gives him a tender kiss on the head.

Neil Shocked By Hilary

Across town, Neil (Kristoff St. John) hears about Simone (Shanica Knowles) from Devon (Bryton James). Lily (Christel Khalil) also fills Neil in on her new modeling division. A third shock comes when Neil learns Hilary works at Hamilton-Winters.

Hilary Treats Neil Kindly

Neil tries to send her back to the TV studio later, but Hilary suggests he should be nice. She mentions a pregnancy hint and Devon admits that it’s true. Hilary could be carrying his baby. Neil’s stunned, so he’s going to want more details soon!
