The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wed, March 7: Victoria Behaves Badly, Lily Quit – Ashley Blasts J.T. – Billy Questions Phyllis’ Obsession

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, March 7, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will try to repair her image. At Newman Enterprises, Victoria puts out doughnuts and notes that this is a special day to appreciate her employees. J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) doesn’t seem convinced this strategy will work.
Ashley Gets Desperate
Over with Ashley (Eileen Davidson), she tells Lily (Christel Khalil) about being framed. Ash insists that it’s time to choose sides. She hopes Lily will join her team and help her find out if J.T. was in on the plan. Afterward, the gang gathers for a meeting. Ashley voices her complaints in a lengthy speech, but Victoria isn’t interested in hearing her out.Lily Storms Out
When it’s Lily’s turn to speak, she’s upset about the sudden meeting. Lily couldn’t leave at midday like she’d previously requested. Victoria changes the subject to Lily’s work performance. She’s not impressed lately, so Lily hits the roof. She storms out, talks to Cane (Daniel Goddard) about quitting and eventually returns to offer her resignation.
Ashley Confronts J.T.
Ashley also corners J.T. and seeks answers about the evidence against her. She’s curious how J.T. ended up with the documents from Jack’s (Peter Bergman) office. J.T. stays tight-lipped about the details. Later, he criticizes how Victoria chose to deal with her employees at the meeting.
Hilary Gossips With Phyllis
Meanwhile, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) chats with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) about her “baby daddy” goals. She still wants Devon (Bryton James) to be the father. Phyllis also mentions Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) decision to move in with Sharon (Sharon Case). She rages until Billy (Jason Thompson) walks over and questions her meddling.
Billy Questions Phyllis
Billy doesn’t see why Phyllis should care so much about Nick’s love life. At home, Phyllis and Billy have a heart-to-heart. Billy’s sorry for calling Phyllis out in front of Hilary, but he’s truly concerned. He doesn’t want Phyllis to take her latest mission too far.
Cane Explodes
At Cane and Lily’s place, Devon drops by. Once Cane starts ranting about Hilary’s actions, Devon tries to reduce the rage. He notes that Cane kept quiet about things he should’ve divulged from the get-go. It’s clear that Cane can’t put all the blame on Hilary.
Devon Approaches Hilary
Elsewhere, Hilary mentors Shauna (Camryn Hamm). Devon spots them and is once again touched by Hilary’s attempt to help. He joins the ladies and Shauna mistakenly assumes they’re a couple. Devon corrects her and the meeting eventually wraps up.

Charlie Confides in Devon
Across town, Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) reveals that he’s not going to college. Cane insists that his son most certainly is. Charlie has a conversation with Devon later. The teen hears about how hard Hilary worked to put herself through college. Devon thinks Charlie needs to take advantage of this golden opportunity. His education is being paid for, so he needs to go for it.
Devon Mentors Shauna
Back with Hilary, Devon approaches her and offer to write Shauna a check. Hilary suggests Devon could support Shauna another way. She wants him to be part of their next mentoring session. Devon likes the idea, so they reach an agreement.
Devon and Hilary Grow Close
It looks like Hilary and Devon are growing closer. Many Y&R viewers are anxious to see their inevitable reunion. We’ll give you updates as other “Young and the Restless” news and rumors emerge. Stay tuned to see what else is ahead on the CBS soap.
