“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, May 15, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will get updates on Jack’s (Peter Bergman) paternity. At Jabot, he looks at the DNA results and hears about Jack’s drinking from Kyle (Michael Mealor). They talk about Jack being MIA before Billy rips up the results. He wants to handle this like the real family that they are.
Later, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) join in all the drama. They discuss Jack’s mental state with Billy and Kyle. After Billy takes an important business call, he reveals that Jack didn’t give formal approval on something. There was a document he needed to put his signature on before a specific deadline. Ashley pushes for an emergency meeting and insists Billy needs to be the new CEO.
Naturally, Billy’s hesitant to step up thanks to the tricky situation. However, Ashley and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) offer encouragement. Billy’s anxious to find Jack and talk to him about this, but he agrees to step up for the sake of the company.
Phyllis also helps Nick (Joshua Morrow) chase down a homeless guy on Tuesday. They think it could be J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) until they catch up with him. The police aren’t pleased that Nick listened to the police scanner and interfered. Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) grows fearful over Phyllis’ news via text. She stops by the ranch and sees Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) kissing Arturo (Jason Canela).
Nikki explains that she was bidding farewell to Arturo and her open marriage. Talk turns to J.T. and the info Phyllis passed along. Victoria’s afraid that J.T. somehow survived. She frets until Phyllis pops in and recaps what happened. Phyllis points out that the man wasn’t J.T., but the cops now have the cell phone. She adds that Nick also has no intention of letting this go.
Nevertheless, Victoria and Sharon (Sharon Case) scold Nick at the coffeehouse. They’re hoping Nick will drop his investigation, but he insists in continuing the fight. Later, Victoria meets back up with Nikki and vents about Nick. After a phone call from the cops comes in, Victoria gets nervous about being summoned. They have the texts off J.T.’s phone, so she asks Nikki what they’re going to do.
Nice to see Hilary not being treated like garbage by Devon, for a change. #YR pic.twitter.com/4stMfTq5HS

At Hamilton-Winters, Devon (Bryton James) listens to some new music. He tells Hilary (Mishael Morgan) that he might add this artist to his label. Once Hilary starts swaying to the beat, Devon pulls her close for a dance. They share a sweet moment, so a “Hevon” reunion seems to be getting closer.
Over with Abby, she once again lashes out at Kyle. Abby’s confident that Kyle gave Victor the perfect bomb to drop. She spends time connecting with Arturo on Tuesday as well, so this sounds like an action-packed episode. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say some great scenes are on the way, so we’ll keep you posted as other Y&R details and rumors emerge.
