The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, February 13: Chelsea Blows Up at Nick – Phyllis Works Against the Clock – Victoria Has Proposal for Jack

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, February 13, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will try to solve her problem. At Newman Enterprises, Victoria once again complains about the new hire. She even hints that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) could be a Jabot spy, but Victor (Eric Braeden) shuts down the idea.

Later, Ashley and Victoria clash once again. When Victoria gripes, Victor insists that hiring Ashley was the right move. He feels confident that Ash will help Victoria achieve great success. Ashley also gets some news from Jack (Peter Bergman) in Tuesday’s Y&R episode. She finds out about her replacement, Helen (Sitara Hewitt).

Ashley takes a jab about Jack being relieved that Helen isn’t a blood Abbott. Meanwhile, Victoria finds Billy (Jason Thompson) and tries to score info on Ashley’s feud with Jack. Billy’s unwilling to share the whole story, but he notes that Jack wants his sister back at the family company.

At Top of the Tower, Ashley and Billy spot Jack meeting with Helen. Billy wants to head for the exit, but Ash struts over and wishes Helen luck. Afterward, Victoria tracks Jack down for a private chat. She thinks they can help each other get what they want. Jack looks intrigued by Victoria’s proposal.

At Crimson Lights, Nick (Joshua Morrow) gives Phyllis 48 hours to provide proof against Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). After that, he wants this all to be over. Phyllis speaks with Sharon (Sharon Case) for a moment and gets a hunch about the cash serial numbers. She later asks Lauren (Tracey E. Bergman) to hand over some of the money and calls J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) for help.

Chelsea runs into Sharon and learns Nick’s been chatting with Phyllis. She’s not happy about it, so trust issues erupt back at the penthouse. Nick acknowledges his continued concerns. He wants Chelsea to look him in the eye and proclaim her innocence. Chelsea suggests if Nick needs that, maybe things aren’t going to work out between them.

At Hamilton-Winters, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) argue over their clashing visions for the show. Devon pushes Hilary too far by teasing her about hormones, but he offers an apology later. Hilary admits she’s just concerned about losing everything she worked so hard to achieve. Devon gives Hilary some reassurance with a smile, so they end the chat on good terms.
