The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday, October 4: Vengeful Sharon Derails Wedding – Publicly Exposes Nick and Phyllis’ Cheating

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, October 4, tease that some major wedding bombshells are in store. At the church, Sharon’s (Sharon Case) absence continues to cause chaos. Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) confront Summer (currently played by Bayley Corman), who confirms she didn’t tell Sharon their hookup secret.

Phyllis and Nick are still a bit wary. They realize that if Sharon’s this late, there must be some sort of trouble. Soon after, Noah (Robert Adamson) returns for the nuptials. He catches up with Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind), Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas) during the delay.

Nearby, Mariah freaks over how fast everything’s headed downhill. She feels responsible, but gets reassurance from Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). They also address their relationship, which Noah still isn’t in the loop on. Tessa points out that they can’t hide it forever, but Mariah’s mostly focused on Sharon.

Later, Noah lashes out at Tessa for attending the wedding. Her excuse is that she’s working for Sharon and Nick now, but Summer ends up blabbing about “Teriah.” Noah’s taken aback and needs time before he talks about it.

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) passes on best man duties to Noah, but the bride’s still nowhere to be found. Nick decides to make a speech and send everyone home, but Mariah interrupts. She just got a text from Sharon and the nuptials are still happening.

Once music starts playing, the wedding party heads down the aisle one at a time. Sharon follows and declares that she’s ready if Nick is. In the crowd, Phyllis finally decides to answer Billy’s (Jason Thompson) proposal question. She agrees to marry him as they share a sweet moment.

Up front, Nick kicks off the vows. He talks about how lucky they are to have found their way back to each other. When it’s Sharon’s turn, she starts off on a pleasant note. Unfortunately, it’s all for show! Sharon eventually reveals that she just wanted to reject Nick in person. She snaps about Nick not being honest and blurts out the Phyllis cheating news.

A shocked Billy looks at Phyllis for confirmation. She utters his name and prepares to explain, so it’s clear that another round of drama’s ahead. “The Young and the Restless” fans won’t want to miss the rest of this action-packed week.
