“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, October 25, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Neil (Kristoff St. John) will score a visit with Lily (Christel Khalil). At the prison, Lily’s finally allowed visitors. Thanks to the threat against her, the warden wants to move her to another facility. It could be further away than this one, so it sounds like another hurdle’s headed for “Lane.”
In the meantime, Sharon (Sharon Case) gets updates on Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) warning to Rey (Jordi Vilasuso). She’s appalled, so she tracks Nick down at Dark Horse and rips into him. Sharon insists that her friendships are none of Nick’s business. She wants him to stay out of her life, so he offers an apology. Nick protests that he can’t just turn his feelings off, but suggests he’ll try to be respectful.
At the Abbott mansion, Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) touched by Dina’s (Marla Adams) actions. She realizes her mother loved her and proved it with the contract. Billy (Jason Thompson) pipes up that it may not even be real. Ashley’s sure it is and wants to get in touch with her lawyers. She bickers with Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) over their efforts to destroy this gift.
Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) fed up as well. She doesn’t approve of what Ashley did to her brother, but Jack was just as despicable. After Ashley thanks Traci (Beth Maitland), she dashes off for legal counsel. Once Ash is gone, Jack blasts Traci for causing more destruction. Billy decides to remain neutral and not make any more trouble for himself.

Abby’s distraught about the whole thing, so she leaves and finds Arturo (Jason Canela) for support. Back with Jack, he cools off a bit and apologizes to Traci. She just wants Jack to let Ashley have this. In some flashbacks, a younger Jack and Ashley clash in front of Traci. After something gets broken, Jack points the finger at Ashley.
John goes easy on the kids, but Ash corners Jack privately and questions why she got blamed. Jack argues John would’ve been harder on him. It’s clear that the Abbotts’ issues run deep! Back in the present day, Ashley returns to address the contract. It’s airtight, so Jack tries to buy his way out of trouble. He thinks they can reach a monetary deal, but Ashley wants the CEO seat instead.
