The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday, February 15: Chelsea Proposes – Victoria & Jack’s Devious Plan – Phyllis Gets The Dirt

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, February 15, tease that J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) will attempt to make amends. At Crimson Lights, J.T. has cooled off and he’s ready to talk. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) shuts down the idea and insists on heading to the office right away.

Later, J.T. tries again at Newman Enterprises. Victoria listens as J.T. discusses his jealousy issues. He claims he just can’t handle the thought of losing her. Victoria hints that perhaps dancing with Billy (Jason Thompson) was inappropriate. They patch things up and share some passionate kisses.

Victoria also tracks Jack (Peter Bergman) down to see if he’s joining her plot against Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Jack doesn’t want to hurt Ashley any more than he already has, but he feels this scheme will be worth it in the end. Victor (Eric Braeden) poses a risk and Jack’s desperate to get Ash back at Jabot.

Victoria already told Vic that Ashley might be Jack’s spy. She argues that they just have to convince him. Back at the office, Ashley hands Victoria some confidential paperwork. Victoria places everything in an envelope and drops it off to Jack. She says the watermark will prove they’re genuine Newman documents. They want Victor to believe Jack got the info from Ashley.

Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) decides to find Victor at Newman and grill him about the stolen money. She pushes Vic to confess that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) was behind the scam. Victor doesn’t confirm anything, but J.T. has updates afterward. The serial numbers from the briefcase cash matched what Nick (Joshua Morrow) took to the police station.

Phyllis obviously isn’t surprised. She ponders Victor’s involvement and notes that he must have serious dirt on Chelsea. Across town, Noah’s (Robert Adamson) prepared to regain control of his life. He fills Victor in on his goals and gets an envelope in return. Victor feels confident that Noah can go far if he sets his mind to it.

Noah pops in the penthouse with news for Nick. He wants his loved ones around for the announcement he’s making tomorrow at Top of the Tower. Later, Chelsea gives Nick a present. She gives him a fun T-shirt before delivering a real shocker. Nick’s taken aback when Chelsea suddenly pops the question!
