Devon finally suggests that it doesn’t matter anyway. He fully believes Lily’s going to prison, so it’s not like the job will be an issue. Elsewhere, Nate (Brooks Darnell) holds Cane (Daniel Goddard) responsible for Lily’s trouble. He thinks she could’ve avoided a harsh sentence if she’d be able to confess sooner.
Cane doesn’t need Nate to pile on the guilt. He’s suffering enough as it is. Lily eventually meets back up with her concerned hubby. She fears that her relationship with Devon is broken beyond repair. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) phones soon after and relays news about Lily’s arraignment. It’s tomorrow and she’s being charged with two counts of vehicular homicide.
Lily cries harder as Cane pulls her close. He does his best to be a source of comfort during this difficult time. Meanwhile, Nate and Neil try to push Devon toward mercy. Unfortunately, he’s only interested in justice. After everything that’s happened, Devon has a big problem with Neil prioritizing Lily’s feelings.

Over with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), she rants about the Jabot boutiques and how they’ll hurt Fenmore’s sales. Billy (Jason Thompson) defends his decision to go for it. He promises this will work out in the end. Phyllis softens enough to kiss Billy goodbye and agrees to see him at home.
At The Dive Bar, Kyle (Michael Mealor) pokes holes in Summer’s (Hunter King) plan. She intends to tell Billy about Phyllis sneaking around with Jack (Peter Bergman), but Kyle notes that there’s no evidence. Summer decides she’ll just have to come up with some. She puts a camera in the apartment and sets up a “Phack” meeting there.
Jack takes the bait and visits Phyllis soon after. They spend a little time bonding before Jack makes his move. As Jack leans forward to kiss Phyllis, she yanks her head away. Jack looks defeated, so he apologizes and heads for the exit.
Back with Billy, Summer turns up the heat. She takes an opportunity to massage his tense shoulders and ultimately kisses him. Billy shoves Summer and off what wonders what she thinks she’s doing. He growls a stern warning about her crazy stunts. If Summer continues on this path, Billy suggests he’ll have no choice but to tell Phyllis.
Sadly, that probably won’t deter Summer. She doesn’t take no for an answer, so “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say more “Philly” drama’s brewing. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R details and rumors emerge. Stay tuned to see what’s ahead in Genoa City.
