The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Summer Has Billy’s Back – Sabotages Kyle’s Jabot Scheme?

The Young and the Restless rumors indicate that Summer (Hunter King) could thwart Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) plans to oust Billy (Jason Thompson) from Jabot.

These days Billy’s life is a hectic mess. First off, his relationship with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is facing a huge amount of problems. The number one being her daughter Summer interfering in their relationship. Since arriving back in Genoa City, Summer’s been on a mission to break up the couple and have Billy for herself.

After her latest stunt backfired, it appears Summer has given up on her plans, while Billy and Phyllis are committed to each other.

Aside from problems in his personal life, Billy is also facing trouble at the office. Thanks to a blood clause in a contract, he’s the CEO of his family’s company Jabot. However, Billy’s business decisions have come into question, leading his sister Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and his nephew Kyle coming up with a way to get Billy out of Jabot.

Kyle, who wants the coveted CEO position, has concocted a scheme which involves getting Billy to relapse into his gambling addiction. Thanks to Summer’s slip of the tongue, Kyle learned that Billy participated in a few poker games. With this tidbit of information, Kyle enlisted the help of Sinead (Lira Kellerman) in his plan to get Billy gambling again.

As viewers have already seen, Billy is showing signs of falling into old habits. He participated in a poker tournament in Vegas, then he began betting on horse races. Billy’s recent behavior has caused worry in Phyllis.

While Kyle is slowly planting the seeds for Billy’s downfall, he may not be successful. The person who could damper Kyle’s plan is his former love, Summer.

Since secrets have a habit of getting out, it’s only a matter of time before Summer learns of Kyle’s scheme. But the question is, what will she do with the information?

Given that Summer has been trying to win Billy’s heart, this could be the thing to get her back into his good graces. By siding with Billy, not only will she help stop Kyle, but she’ll also be one step closer in securing Billy’s love.
