The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis & Nick’s Secret Gets Out – Rey Learns About Their One-Night Stand

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will continue to go to great lengths to keep their recent one-night stand a secret. Right now the only other people who know about their tryst is Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Michael Mealor). Kyle’s not talking, and Nick bribed Summer to keep quiet, so they’re in the clear for now.

Of course, if their night together were to be revealed, Phyllis would stand to lose Billy (Jason Thompson) and Nick would likely lose Sharon (Sharon Case). But Y&R spoilers say that Phyllis and Nick’s worst nightmare will come true…someone else will indeed learn about their night together.

Who will learn about Phyllis and Nick’s tryst? Well, there’s one person who will soon make it his official business to know all of Nick’s recent whereabouts, and that’s Rey (Jordi Vilasuso). Y&R spoilers say that Rey will arrest Nick on suspicions related to J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbill) disappearance.

Rey’s going to have a lot of questions for Nick, and he’ll want to know exactly where Nick’s been and what he’s been doing. Nick may have to account for his whereabouts, and it could come out that there’s one evening when nobody seems to know where Nick was.

Nick may have to tell Rey where he was that night to avoid being suspected for criminal wrongdoing, and of course Phyllis would have to alibi him. This would create a truly awkward situation, especially since Rey is acquainted with Sharon. Nick might ask Rey to keep this information from Sharon, but realistically how long until Sharon finds out the truth?

Once Nick’s whereabouts that night are part of the official police record, then it won’t be long until Paul (Doug Davidson) knows, and even Victor (Eric Braeden) could find out if he has a source in the police department. It seems inevitable that the secret will somehow get out.
