The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick & Sharon’s Future On Hold, He Feels Pressured

The Young and the Restless Spoilers indicate that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon’s (Sharon Case) future is on hold – for now. Even though Sharon has done so much to get her life back on track, it looks like she might have to take a step or two back when it comes to her romance with Nick. That’s because he feels as though Sharon might be pushing him to move forward too soon and too fast.

As a matter of fact, The Young and the Restless head writer Mal Young says that there might be something that will soon derail both Nick and Sharon from ever reaching their true happiness together.

He tells CBS Soaps in Depth, “Nick and Sharon’s earlier kiss brought up many unanswered questions. But timing is everything. Nick has been going through so much with his father and his feelings for Sharon. She realizes that the situation with Nick has to be on hold while he deals with family business. But that’s easier said than done!”

And while Sharon thinks that she’s basically unbreakable, she might soon find out just how fragile she really is if and when Nick rejects her.

Mal continued, “He and Sharon have a complicated past, and viewers can expect their future to be just as interesting. They’ve tried to have this habit of drawing them back into each other’s orbit, regardless of whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing.”
