The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Newman Power Struggle – Lily Forced To Pick Sides in Ashley/Victoria War

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Lily (Christel Khalil) will be forced to pick sides in the coming weeks. That’s because she’s found herself in the worst position possible and that’s between Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle).It all begins with Ashley insisting that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Victoria might be working together behind her back. But it’s something that Lily is having a hard time understanding. Would Victoria do something as extreme as reach out to Jack? For Lily, that kind of behavior seems very suspicious.

Actress Christel Khalil, who plays Lily, told CBS Soaps in Depth, “Lily has had a front-row seat to the Ashley and Victoria power struggle, so nothing between these two women surprises her! Lily doesn’t know what to believe. Victoria teaming up with Jack seems too extreme.”

In addition, it seems as though Ashley is trying to use Lily to find out what Victoria might be hiding. She even suggests that Lily use her friendship with Victoria’s ex JT (Thad Luckinbill) to do some spying of her own. What’s more, Ashley is even pressuring Lily to choose a side. It’s either her, or it’s Victoria. Lily can’t work for both.

Christel added, “The transition to joining Newman Enterprises has not been a smooth one, mostly due to Victoria’s management style. Working at Brash and Sassy was such a positive experience. Lily thought Ashley’s arrival at Newman would calm things down, but it only made them worse!”
