The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, May 21: Jack Dreams Victor Is His Father – Mariah Catches Sharon & Nick – Devon to the Rescue

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, May 21, tease that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will discover something surprising. At home, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) are in bed together when Mariah arrives. She heads upstairs and rushes back down after spotting them.

Sharon and Nick join Mariah with an explanation. They admit they’ve renewed their commitment to each other and offer reassurance. Mariah notes that it’s not her place to intervene, but she’s not sure how things will really be different this time.

After Mariah leaves, Sharon sits down for an honest discussion with Nick. They need to address their issues and see if there’s any truth to Mariah’s concerns. Nick and Sharon eventually decide they’ve grown over the years. They think their relationship will be stronger thanks to their personal changes.

At the cabin, Jack (Peter Bergman) has a terrible dream about Dina (Marla Adams) spilling his father’s identity. She claims his dad is Victor (Eric Braeden) before Jack wakes up. Jack also imagines a ranting Dina sitting in the cabin with him. He shouts at his vision of her and pours pills on the table.

Elsewhere, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Billy (Jason Thompson) learn Jack’s location. Neil (Kristoff St. John) explains the painkiller situation, so the Abbott siblings head off. They find the cabin empty and see pills on the table, which spell “NO.”

Later, Jack is finally found at the Abbott home. Ashley and Billy are taken aback to see him so calm. Jack suggests tomorrow will bring an interesting day at Jabot. Across town, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) has a tough time reading Devon’s (Bryton James) mixed signals. Devon wants to keep her guessing, so it seems Hilary will just have to hang in there.

When Shauna (Camryn Hamm) arrives, she mentions that she’s not going to prom. Hilary suspects this is about a boy and she’s proven right eventually. It turns out the guy Shauna wanted to go with asked another girl. Shauna also quizzes Devon about why he’s not getting back together to have this baby with Hilary. She’s skeptical about the whole arrangement.

Mariah fills Hilary in on the guest cancellation for tomorrow, so they struggle to find a replacement. Devon contacts someone and wonders if he could get a favor. Afterward, he states that maybe he can assist both Hilary and Shauna. It appears Devon wants to throw a mini prom in the studio, so that should be entertaining.
