The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, February 12: Victor Threatens Chelsea, Bribes Lauren – Nick Has Questions – J.T. Blasts Victoria

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, February 12, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will try to get Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) back in line. At Newman Enterprises, Victor explains that he’s in the loop on all the Alexandra West drama. He warns that he’ll have Chelsea tossed in prison if she keeps scamming.

At the columbarium, Adam’s (Justin Hartley) slot is empty and Nick (Joshua Morrow) thinks that’s a good sign. He doesn’t believe Chelsea’s guilty, which annoys Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). Meanwhile, Victor finds Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) to give her back the cash. He presents a briefcase and suggests this is the result of his own investigation.

Lauren wants to know who stole it, but Victor refuses to say. He only promises that this will be the last time it happens. When Lauren meets up with Phyllis, they compare notes. Phyllis is certain of Chelsea’s guilt. She insists she’s going to bring Chelsea down and open Nick’s eyes.

At the penthouse, Nick wants to have an honest conversation with Chelsea. She admits she received threatening texts and went to the crypt. However, Chelsea lies that the messages were from an angry retailer and the columbarium visit was about Adam. She fibs that she wanted to grasp why Adam left behind the money. Nick’s understanding and suggests that the matter is settled.

At the Abbott mansion, J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) visits Traci (Beth Maitland) and they discuss Colleen (Tammin Sursok). Her birthday stirs up old memories. Later, J.T. takes Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) call while Traci’s out of the room. Victoria wants him to find out info on Ashley’s intentions.

J.T.’s appalled that Victoria would ask him to do such a thing on Colleen’s birthday. He hangs up and Victoria eventually confides in Nick. They acknowledge that secrets are terrible for a relationship. Victoria determines that she needs to get the truth from J.T.

Back at Newman, J.T. arrives and Victoria grills him about his meltdown. They get into a heated argument about the past and whether or not J.T. is a rebound. Victoria and J.T. ultimately pull each other close. They want to be together, so they agree to hang in there and try to make this work.

At Jabot, Jack (Peter Bergman) announces Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) replacement before filling Traci in at home. Traci believes Ashley will soften and come back to the family company sooner or later. Jack insists that he couldn’t wait around. He had to hire a new chemist and keep things on track.
