The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Is Summer After Phyllis’ Man?

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that there’s a possibility Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) daughter Summer (Hunter King) might have her eyes on her mother’s beau! As a matter of fact, Phyllis herself seems to be blissfully unaware of all the flirting that is going on between Billy (Jason Thompson) and Summer.

Of course, this won’t be the first time that soap fans see a love triangle between a mother, daughter and another man. Even actress Gina Tognoni, who plays Phyllis on the hit CBS soap, thinks that the storyline will turn into an explosive one, especially if Billy and Summer get caught doing something they certainly shouldn’t be doing.

Unfortunately, Gina isn’t willing to dish any of the dirty detail. At least, not yet. She told CBS Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “I can’t mentally go there. The actress can’t, and the character has no comment.”

With that being said, it will be interesting to see who Phyllis blames for the affair – her daughter Summer, or her beau Billy. Of course, fans will just have to tune in the find out what will happen next! Either way, it’s without a doubt that Phyllis will have an explosive reaction to the news, despite the fact that she herself has been getting busy underneath the sheets with none other than Nick!
