The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday, September 14: Tessa’s Injuries Worry Sharon – Jack’s Paternity Shocker – Kyle Meets Lola

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, September 14, tease that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will be on edge after a vicious attack. At Crimson Lights, Sharon (Sharon Case) arrives and learns a man jumped Tessa. She’s eager to call the cops, but Tessa nixes the idea and argues that this was just a warning. The smugglers were indicating that they won’t wait forever for their money.

Sharon keeps asking questions and seems reluctant to buy the story. She changes her tune when Tessa puts something back on a shelf and her side is exposed. Sharon gasps as she sees all the bruises. She makes Tessa uncover her arms, which are bruised as well. Tessa refuses to visit the hospital. She doesn’t want them asking what happened since it could put Crystal (Morgan Obenreder) at risk.

When Nate (Brooks Darnell) shows up, Sharon convinces Tessa to let him examine her. Nate still feels like Tessa needs a trip to the ER, but admits her bruises seem to be the extent of her injuries. After Nate’s gone, Tessa tells Sharon they can’t fill Mariah (Camryn Grimes) or Nick (Joshua Morrow) in. She says she erased the security tapes and reiterates that she can’t let anything happen to Crystal.

Over with Kyle (Michael Mealor), he stops by a new food truck and does some mild sparring with the girl who runs it. Lola (Sasha Calle), who happens to be Arturo (Jason Canela) and Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) sister, has a bit of an attitude. Nevertheless, Y&R fans should see some chemistry. Kyle enjoys the food, so you can bet he’ll be back.

In the meantime, Abby (Melissa Ordway) shocks Ashley (Eileen Davidson) with news from a GC Buzz watcher. Victor’s (Eric Braeden) brother, Matt Miller (Richard Gleason), emailed a tip on the photo. He insists that the man in the pic is his father, Albert Miller (George Kennedy). Ashley suspects Matt’s right, but wants to confirm it before they tell Jack (Peter Bergman) anything.

Abby tries to keep this a secret, but ultimately ends up blabbing. Jack’s rattled to hear that he could share a dad with Victor. Back with Lola, she meets with Arturo and gets updates on Rey. Arturo notes that Rey will want to see his sis while he’s in town.

At Jabot, Billy (Jason Thompson) does some gambling over the phone. Gloria (Judith Chapman) reveals that she heard him and offers a warning. It’s clear that Billy needs to be careful about who knows. Later, Kyle digs around and finds a paper in the trash. He lies to Gloria about it being dropped in the elevator and notes that it involves making wagers. Gloria pretends it’s the first she’s heard of it.

Billy tries to figure out why there are repeated charges for something called Type A Consulting. He tries several tactics to find out, but eventually scores an explanation from Ashley. She covers up the real reason for the charges and calls somebody once she’s alone. Ash suggests they can’t be sloppy and passes along the fake story so they can keep it straight.

Billy heads back to the office, finds out he lost more money and makes a call. He wants to cash in some stocks to recoup the loss. It sounds like plenty of secrets are floating around Genoa City. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say some great scenes are on the way, so don’t miss them.
