The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday May 4: Nick’s Big Announcement – Mariah’s Crucial Memory – Kyle Gives Victor Great Power

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, May 4, tease that Sharon (Sharon Case) will continue to freak over Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) search efforts. At home, Nick explains some of his new tactics to find J.T. (Thad Luckinbell). Sharon argues that this seems like more of an obsession now. She warns that Nick could face danger, but he offers reassurance.

After a visit with Victor (Eric Braeden), Nick heads to the TV studio and convinces Hilary (Mishael Morgan) to put him on the air. He offers $50,000 for any tip that leads to J.T.’s arrest. Once the show wraps up, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) reveals something she remembered. She recalls hearing a man’s voice at the girls’ night bash, so she passes along the news to Nick.

Meanwhile, Sharon freaks over Nick’s live announcement and reward money. She confronts him when he returns to the cottage. Nick eventually suspects there could be more to Sharon’s nerves and bizarre new friendships in town. He demands answers about what happened that evening at Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) place.

Elsewhere, Devon (Bryton James) listens to Neil’s (Kristoff St. John) words of wisdom. Neil warns that Devon needs to suck it up and get on the same page with Hilary. He feels like he needs to show Hilary some respect for their baby’s sake. Neil notes that everything will change once they have a child, so Devon might as well get with the program now.

Over with Hilary, she shows up at the hospital for her OB-GYN appointment. It’s not long until Devon arrives as well. He makes a heartfelt spiel about focusing on their little one. Devon wants to stick around and be by Hilary’s side for the appointment. Since Hilary intends on having an insemination, Devon’s plans could bring some drama!

At the ranch, Kyle (Michael Mealor) appears and grumbles about the lack of respect at Jabot. He’s ready to jump ship and head over to Newman. Victor isn’t sure he can trust him, but Kyle has info that might change his mind. He insists this shocker will knock Jack off the throne and give Victor the upper hand.

Kyle suggests a deal to Victor. He wants a powerful position in exchange for this stunning evidence. Victor agrees as long as Kyle’s claims are true. As a result, Kyle hands over the video and leaves Victor in charge of Jack’s fate. Of course, the paternity bombshell also affects Kyle. He’s risking a lot by giving the great Victor Newman so much control.
