The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Drama Ahead For Devon and Simone

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Hilary is about to meet her match! There’s a new girl in Genoa City and from what we can tell already, she knows exactly what she wants, and that just happens to be Hilary’s man, Devon. Simone is played by newcomer Shanica Knowles, who just happens to be superstar Beyonce’s cousin!

Hilary has been trying to win Devon back for weeks now, but it looks like she’ll soon have some competition here. Shanica recently told CBS Soaps in Depth that her character can definitely handle Hilary and all of the drama that is about to come her way.

She told the publication, “She has this confidence about her, this maturity and class that is really cool. She doesn’t give in to all the drama that is Hilary. She just lets Hilary throw her tantrums, while she just does her own thing. That’s what I love about her.”

What’s more, Shanica adds that Simone has a kind of innocence and kindness that is very attractive to Devon. In other words, she knows how to play him much better than Hilary. She adds, “He’s too powerful a man to be walked over by Hilary. I think he’ll find love with Simone.”

But then again Shanica adds that even though Simone might appear nice on the outside, no character is nice for too long! Of course, fans will just have to tune in to find out what will happen next. It’s without a doubt that Simone will be giving Hilary a good run for her money.
